Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday. Each package is packaged neutrally and sent without specifying the shop name.
Payment
You can place your order by Prepayment (transfer) or Cash on delivery (DHL, Cash by delivery, only in Germany). The transfer time (until we receive the money) usually takes 1-2 working days.
Tip:
Via real-time transfer or Money Beam the money is also transferred directly to our account and your order can be processed. Screenshots are not accepted.
Please always state the order number in the purpose of payment so that the payment can be allocated more quickly!
Pickup
From now on you can also choose to pick up your items using our pick-up box. A limited number of compartments are available here.
What is the procedure?
- You place your order and select “Pickup” as the shipping method.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation including an invoice from us. Please transfer your invoice amount by bank transfer.
- Important: We do not accept cash payments!
- As soon as we receive the money, we will process your order and place it in a box.
- You will receive an email from us with the box number and the corresponding PIN.
- Address of the pick-up box: Neue Bahnhofstr. 4a, 75056 Sulzfeld, Germany
- You now have 7 days to remove your package from the box. After removing it, we ask you to close the box again.
